Tania Notaro

Tania Notaro is an award-winning actor, screenwriter, and director from Dublin. She earned a 1st class Master's in Screenwriting from The National Film School, IADT, supported by a Warner Brothers scholarship. Tania's TV show CABARET CARTEL is in development with Wild Atlantic Pictures, and she participated in Series Mania's Eureka programme, developing her TV show UPROOTED. Her film GLITTERBUG earned her Best Emerging Female Director at IndieCork. Tania also won the John Boorman Scholarship and directed alongside Boorman. Her film POSTPARTUM is available on Virgin Media Player. She is currently developing THE LAST FLIGHT OF THE CONDOR through the European Writers Club.

After murdering her colleague, a troubled social worker kidnaps an orphaned refugee to save her from an abusive foster family. Embarking on a road trip with a dead body in the boot and a missing child in the front, she heads towards her father’s funeral where old traumas resurface.
