MY MOTHER’S TONGUE (feature film)
A Polish-Canadian teen, ignorant of the pain in her family’s past, is forced to accompany her overbearing mother on a trip to their homeland, Poland, in order to sell a modest family inheritance. While she’s launched on a journey of self-discovery, her maternal grandmother– a force of nature, has an agenda of her own, which pressures all three women to reconcile their family's history with their present-day angst.
